Review Policy

Here on Parrish Lantern's PomesAllSizes, I will occasionally review books, as this is something I enjoy doing. So if you are considering me for your new book, let me say thank you and that the genres I enjoy reading are: Contemporary/Modern Literature and World (Translated) Literature, although I do enjoy Science Fiction, also some forms of non-fiction. My particular area of interest is Poetry, whether English language or translated. Books that I am likely to turn down are most forms of Romance (historical, paranormal etc.), Chick-lit etc., Children's and YA, also I'm not a great reader of Memoirs or books that dwell heavily on politics, religion or spirituality, although in most cases there are exceptions to this rule, please check my index page for further clarification or the reviews on this page. If you have a specified date or slot in a book (virtual) tour I will try to to accommodate this & will let you know up front if I cannot make that date. ,I am also happy to take part in interviews via email etc.
My personal preference is for hard copies of books, but I am also set up for E-books, PDFs etc.

My acceptance of a review copy does not guarantee a review, just that I will give it my full and undivided attention. I  place copies of my reviews on Amazon ( UK/ com), also on  Goodreads, LibraryThing, &  Play (as well my own pages on, G+, Facebook, Twitter & Pinterest). I also promote poetry on twitter which will link to the review post on the blog.
Thank You.
